The operation spans multiple revenue streams, including a quality restaurant, private and outdoor dining, a busy events business and boutique accommodation. With a turnover of £4.5m, this is a sizeable and commercially successful operation requiring a confident and experienced General Manager. What's involved? As General Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the business. You'll be responsible for: Leading and developing a large hospitality team. Overseeing restaurant, events, weddings and accommodation. Driving sales, profitability and commercial performance. Maintaining exceptional food, service and guest standards. Working closely with the culinary team to maintain the food-led identity. Managing budgets, costs and operational performance. Ensuring the successful delivery of weddings and events.
