Field Customer Support Agent - Kent & South East London

We're looking for Field Support Agents to join our growing Field Debt Solutions team. In this role, you'll help customers resolve their debts, support future payments, and find ways to reduce energy consumption.

Salary - £32,535, rising to £34,957 once fully trained, plus a London allowance depending on your home postcode.

We'll provide everything you need, including a smartphone, tablet, Body Worn Camera, tools, uniform, vehicle and fuel card. Once trained, you'll be eligible for our achievable reward scheme, with the opportunity to boost your earnings. There may also be opportunities to train to install PAYG meters.
