Project Manager – Office Fit-Out Central London £90,000–£100,000 + Package I'm working with a thriving office fit-out contractor turning over around £80m, delivering high-quality projects across Central London up to £10m. They're looking for a Project Manager to take the reins on major office fit-out schemes, owning the programme, delivery and client relationship from start to finish. You'll be the eyes and ears on the project, working alongside experienced Contracts Managers who oversee multiple jobs, while you focus on delivering your own scheme to a high standard. The business has built a fantastic reputation in the market and continues to win a lot of repeat work because they deliver properly. It's a diverse, busy environment with a strong pipeline and plenty of opportunity to work on substantial projects. You'll need to be confident building and managing programmes, ideally using Asta Powerproject, and have a genuine track record delivering office fit-out projects. What you'll be doing: • Running office fit-out projects from pre-con through to handover, with values up to £10m • Owning the project programme, ideally using Asta Powerproject • Managing subcontractors, site teams and the wider project delivery team • Taking responsibility for programme, quality, H&S and day-to-day delivery • Managing client relationships and making sure expectations are met throughout the project • Working closely with the Contracts Manager to keep the project commercially and operationally on track • Reporting on progress and identifying issues before they become problems What's on offer: • £90,000–£100,000 salary + package • The chance to run substantial office fit-out projects up to £10m • A business with around £80m turnover (and growing) and a strong pipeline of repeat work • A diverse and established team with a fantastic reputation in the market • Strong support from experienced Contracts Managers and senior leadership • Real ownership of your own projects rather than being spread across multiple jobs Requirements: • Strong background delivering office fit-out projects • Experience running projects up to £10m • Confident writing and managing construction programmes • Asta Powerproject experience preferred • Strong client and subcontractor management skills • Commercially aware with a good understanding of project delivery • Able to take ownership and drive a project through to successful completion If you're a Project Manager looking to take ownership of bigger office fit-out projects with a business that's winning repeat work for doing things properly, this one's worth a chat.
