We really are a “Best Place to Work”.The Global Recruiting & Onboarding Process Tower Expert plays a key role in shaping, governing, and continuously improving DHL Supply Chain's recruitment and onboarding processes on a global scale. This is not an operational recruitment role; instead, it is focused on the design, optimisation, and standardisation of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.Combining process expertise, systems knowledge, data analysis, and digital capability, the role drives process excellence through continuous improvement, automation, governance, and user adoption initiatives. Working closely with HR teams, IT, product owners, and external vendors, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to enhance ways of working, maximise technology investment, and deliver consistent, technology-enabled recruitment and onboarding experiences across the global business. Through a strong focus on process management rather than direct hiring activity, the role helps create sustainable, future-ready solutions that support organisational growth and operational efficiency.If this sounds like a team, you'd like to join … keep reading.Your key accountabilities include:Analyse recruitment and onboarding processes to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps. Design, standardise, and optimise global recruiting and onboarding processes aligned to business and compliance requirements. Translate business requirements into system and process enhancements in partnership with IT and external vendors. Support process change implementation, including planning, testing (UAT), configuration, and rollout activities. Monitor process performance using data and insights to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and increased use of digital capabilities. Partner with regional and country stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and adopted successfully. Deliver process documentation, training, guidance, and support for process-related issue resolution. What are we looking for from you?Experience in HR, business process improvement, project management, or HR systems environments.Strong understanding of process design, process optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to assess business requirements, identify underlying process needs and translate them into practical process designsKnowledge of HR technology and recruitment systems, ideally Oracle Cloud, Phenom, or Avature.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across regions and functions.Experience supporting projects, process change initiatives, UAT, implementation, or digital transformation activities.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.What you'll need to do next?If you have a proven track record of achievement to match the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply online ensuring that a full up to date CV is attached with your application.We will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent, and consistent across the Globe.
