Bar Supervisor

We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality bar service across our busy live events venue.

This role involves supervising bar teams during events, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting the Bars Manager in delivering a strong guest experience.

You will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting staff development, and ensuring efficient service during high-volume events and performances.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Operations

• Lead bar service during live events and busy service periods
• Ensure bars are fully stocked, organised, and ready for service
• Maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation
• Support opening and closing procedures

Team Leadership

• Supervise and support bar staff during shifts
• Allocate team positions and manage service flow
• Train and support new team members

Guest Experience

• Deliver friendly and professional service
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues effectively
