This role primarily involves painting and decorating, but applicants must also be able to undertake other internal maintenance work such as basic joinery tasks, basic drylining, internal floor repairs etc. Works will be based across Warrington and surrounding areas with daily travelling up to 3/4 hours total (company vehicle and fuel car provided). Weekend and overtime available.Key Responsibilities: Carry out painting and decorating tasks, including surface preparation, painting, wallpapering, and touch-ups. Repairs to flooring to reduce trip hazards. Wood work and window redecorations.
