About the role
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join a well-established private nursery in Barnet (N3).
This is a full-time, all-year-round position within a high-quality Early Years setting, with opportunities available in both the Baby Room (3–18 months) and the 2–3-year-old room. This role is ideal for experienced Level 3 practitioners who are passionate about providing exceptional care and education within a supportive and well-established nursery.
You will be:

Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
*
Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging and age-appropriate activities
*
Acting as a key person and building strong, positive relationships with children and their families
*
Monitoring children's progress through observations, assessments, and next-step planning
*
Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining full compliance with EYFS requirements
*
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
*
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
*
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery and contributing to a positive team culture
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within an Early Years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development is essential. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills are required.
