A leading UK civil engineering contractor is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to join its team on a major infrastructure project based in Portsmouth. Role Overview You will work closely with site management and an experienced H&S team to provide coaching, mentoring, inspections, and technical support across all aspects of health and safety. The role involves proactive engagement with the workforce, supporting incident investigations, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, and helping drive behavioural safety initiatives across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations

• Provide advice, training, and coaching to site teams

• Support incident reporting and investigations
