Workshop Manager Franchised Motor Dealership - Altrincham area We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a busy and growing aftersales operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high standards across the workshop. As Workshop Manager, you will oversee a highly productive team, ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of the operation. What's on Offer: £35,00 basic salary Realistic OTE of £42,000 Monday to Friday hours (08:00 - 17:00). Stable, long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop and service department. Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 Technicians and 4 Service Advisors. Drive workshop productivity and efficiency to achieve performance targets. Maintain high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and customer service. Monitor KPIs and implement processes to maximise profitability and performance. Support and coach team members to ensure continued development. Requirements Previous experience as a Workshop Manager/Controller Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar automotive management role. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards. Excellent communication and people management abilities.
