Role: Learning Support Assistants Location: Merseyside Rate: £16 per hour Type: Full time, Temporary Start: August 2026 Eden Brown are recruiting on behalf of a Further Education college in Merseyside for a full-time temporary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who is Makaton qualified. Key Responsibilities: * Assist students with their day-to-day learning activities and help them achieve their educational goals. * Provide in-class support, working with teachers to deliver tailored lessons. * Offer guidance on both academic and personal development, promoting independent learning. * Support students with a variety of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or social, emotional, and mental health needs. * Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students, promoting their well-being and engagement in school life. Requirements: -Makaton qualified -Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification -Passionate about supporting learners with additional needs -Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed A DBS is also required for this role, if you do not have one Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
