Portfolio Manager – Clifton, Bristol  Salary: £28,000 basic (depending on experience) OTE: £32,000+ (pooled commission and performance incentives) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm (No weekends, except occasional support during the student changeover period with advance notice) An established property management business in Clifton is looking to recruit an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a residential property portfolio and support the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. This role would suit someone with solid property management experience who enjoys responsibility, working closely with landlords and tenants, and maintaining high standards across compliance, maintenance, and customer service. Student lettings experience is advantageous but not essential. The Role  Managing a portfolio of residential properties Acting as the main point of contact for landlords Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance Carrying out property inspections and compliance checks Handling tenant and landlord queries and issues Overseeing the student changeover process Supporting junior team members where required Keeping up to date with lettings legislation About You  Previous experience in residential property management or lettings Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload Professional communication style with a solutions‑focused approach Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team The Package  £28,000 basic salary (DOE) Realistic OTE of £32,000+ 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service) Support and funding for relevant property qualifications Ongoing training and development Friendly, professional working environment Company‑funded team events Location: Clifton, Bristol Start date: Flexible A great opportunity for an experienced property professional looking for stability, responsibility, and progression.
