About the role
Bangor University is seeking a proactive professional to lead the delivery of the Students’ Union’s independent academic advice service. You will provide impartial guidance and casework support to students, helping navigate university processes and understand options.
The role also coordinates welfare campaigns and builds partnerships with university services to improve the student experience. The position requires bilingual Welsh and English communication, experience in higher education
