Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced paver/groundworker to carry out driveway and patio installations to a high standard. You’ll be working on residential projects including block paving, porcelain, and natural stone.

• Site preparation and groundworks (dig out, levels, compaction)
• Installing sub-base (MOT Type 1) and sharp sand
• Laying paving slabs, porcelain, and block paving
• Cutting materials accurately and cleanly
• Edging, drainage, and finishing works
• Keeping site clean and organised

• Proven experience in paving/landscaping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of levels and falls
• Own basic tools (disc cutter, hand tools, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent workmanship
