About the role

Cammach are currently recruiting an HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen. The role will be on a 12-month contract and offers a hybrid working arrangement. Focal point for all people activity within the area of responsibility, building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Provide advice and guidance to the business and employees on a broad range of people related issues and employment law matters including (but not limited to) employee relations, health and wellbeing, performance management, flexible working, family friendly policies, pay and benefits, development and succession and diversity and inclusion ensuring internal policies and legislative requirements are followed Support the recruitment process, assisting in decision making if required and ensuring resource requirements are mat within assigned budget and headcount Demonstrate, promote and uphold a workplace culture that ensures a positive working environment and employee experience by demonstrating the business core values Maintain data in the HRIS system in line with GDPR and deliver accurate management information to guide future strategy, focusing on key KPI’s including headcount, turnover, absence etc. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally compliant and reflective of best practices. Conduct regular offshore and site visits as required, participate in the HR Duty Rota and act as delegated authority for the HR Manager as required HNC or equivalent in HR or business-related discipline Demonstrable experience and a good understanding of a broad range of people activities including (but not limited to) employee relations, health and wellbeing, performance management, flexible working, family friendly policies, pay and benefits, development and succession and diversity and inclusion Understanding of energy sector project specific roles including engineering, construction and offshore Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Level 3 CIPD Qualification Previous experience of working within an HR role within the Energy Sector
