THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced Lift Repair Engineer to cover Reading and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established lift engineering operation offering competitive earning potential, a structured local patch and an attractive benefits package.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and keeping lifts operating safely and reliably across commercial, residential and public-sector sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical lift faults
Carrying out lift repairs and component replacements
Attending breakdowns and resolving technical issues
Working independently across a manageable local patch
Completing necessary service and repair documentation
Ensuring lifts are returned to service safely and efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering
Previous lift service or repair experience
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and manage your workload

WORKING HOURS

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm

Friday: 8:00am - 3:45pm
