General Builder / Multi Trader (Self-Employed – CIS) £200 per day + fuel covered | Full-time ongoing and daily work | Surrey Read Before Applying: This is a self-employed (CIS) role, but with consistent, full-time work provided daily. You’ll be working on jobs scheduled and managed by the company — not sourcing your own work. Our client is looking for 2 experienced General Builders / Multi Traders to join their growing team covering Surrey and South London. This is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of self-employment with the security of ongoing, organised work. You’ll be working across occupied residential properties, so a professional approach and tidy workmanship are essential. What You will Be Doing * General building and plumbing work across multiple sites * Working independently to complete jobs to a high standard * Representing the company in customers’ homes * Keeping work areas clean and organised * Travelling between jobs across Surrey (fuel covered) What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable) * Minimum 5 years plumbing AND 5 years general building experience * CIS registered (UTR number) * Full UK driving licence + own van (required for the role) * Must live in Surrey * Able to start immediately What You Get * £200 per day (CIS) * Fuel costs covered (diesel/petrol) * Full diary of work provided daily * Monday to Friday, 8-hour days * Ongoing, long-term work with a professional team This role suits someone who is… * Reliable and self-sufficient * Proud of their workmanship * Comfortable working in occupied homes * Looking for stable, ongoing contract work without chasing jobs For your information *Interested?
