Basic salary from £25,000 pa depending on experience OTE £50,000+ with monthly commission Quarterly and annual bonuses Profit share scheme 24 days holiday rising to 29 with service + bank holidays + Birthday off Early Friday finish No evenings or weekends Full training and structured career development Healthcare scheme and pension with life assurance Attendance bonus paid twice yearly Incentives, competitions and regular team events One paid charity day per year Free parking The Recruitment Consultant / Coordinator Role Work in a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment supporting and driving sales activity Build relationships with candidates and clients across commercial roles Manage the full recruitment process from attraction to placement Interview candidates face-to-face and via video Write and manage job adverts, handling high volumes of applications Source candidates using multiple methods and build a strong talent pipeline Work towards and exceed sales and performance targets Support business development by identifying and generating new leads About You Previous experience in a busy office environment is essential Experience in a coordination, customer service or sales-based role Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and earn Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Previous recruiter or sales experience is beneficial but not essential The Opportunity This is a role where attitude matters as much as experience.
