Construction Manager

Ideally, candidates will have extensive experience working as a Construction Manager on large-scale industrial projects. Operating across the U.K. and Europe in the mission-critical sector, with a turnover of over £3 billion, they are a highly regarded, sought-after Data Centre builder with a secured pipeline of work until 2028. Ideally, the successful Construction Manager will have general contracting/main contracting experience with a proven track record in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects from cradle to grave. Construction Manager Responsibilities: * Management of all day-to-day site operations * Management of sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there are weekly meetings with subcontractors. * Ensure direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to the time administrator for tracking centrally. * Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings * Ensure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from the project supervisors' report. * Review the weekly progress report before it is issued to all stakeholders.
