Based from a prime Birmingham city centre office, you’ll be part of a high-performing pre-construction team working on a diverse pipeline of prestigious schemes. The Role As an Estimator / Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of competitive tenders, taking ownership of projects from early engagement through to submission. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and the supply chain to develop robust, accurate, and commercially competitive cost plans. For those stepping into a Senior role, there will also be the opportunity to lead bids, mentor junior team members, and influence pre-construction strategy.
