7.5T Delivery Driver - Crawley

Driver Hire Gatwick is currently recruiting for a reliable 7.5T Delivery Driver to join one of our prestigious clients based in Crawley. It is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. You will be delivering a variety products to different locations, including occasional long-distance deliveries (Wales). You must hold a valid driving license, CPC card and Tacho card. Training will be provided Responsibilities * Up to 5-10 deliveries on a 7.5T vehicle depending on distance. * Monday to Friday starting between 05:00 am to 06:00 am * Ensure compliance with driving regulations. * Make sure all paperwork is signed, accurate and distributed. * Conduct daily vehicle checks which fulfil health and safety criteria on the 7.5T vehicle. * Oversee safe loading and unloading of goods. Qualifications/Experience * You must hold a valid driving license, CPC card and tach card with the relevant qualifications for a 7.5T vehicle. * Be able to operate the vehicle responsibly and safely, ensuring loads are safe and secure. * No more than 6 points, with no major endorsements/convictions. No (CD/IN/DR/TT) * Would need to live within 15 miles of the workplace in Crawley * Minimum one year relevant commercial driving experience * Good navigational skills * Right to work in the UK Benefits * £17.50 per hour (Umbrella) * Weekly pay - around 45 hours per week * Immediate start * Professional work environment * On site parking Driver hire has other similar Class 1 and Class 2 roles available, either Ad Hoc or ongoing.
