About the Role and Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner working with TailorEDucation, you will support young children’s learning and development in this flexible work opportunity. This role is ideal for those seeking early years jobs or nursery-based roles.

You will support play-based learning, assist with daily routines, and help create a nurturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate Experience

• The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification

• Experience in EYFS settings

• A nurturing approach

• Strong communication skills
