Level 3 Nursery Practitioner 📍 Near Tonbridge, Kent 💷 £14.20 per hour | Up to £33,228 🕒 Full-time | 45 hours per week | Monday-Friday Academics are supporting a welcoming early years setting near Tonbridge with the recruitment of a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing team focused on child-led learning, outdoor play, and creating a fun, safe environment for children aged 0-5. What you'll do: Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS Support children's development through play and creative activities Build positive relationships with parents and carers Complete observations and assessments using Tapestry Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and independence Support team members, students, and daily nursery routines Requirements: ✔ Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above) ✔ Minimum 2 years' experience with ages 0-5 ✔ Good EYFS knowledge ✔ Strong communication and organisational skills ✔ Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one) If you're caring, creative, energetic, and ready to make a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you
