Maths Teacher - SEMH School | Dorking | ASAP Start

Are you a dedicated and resilient Maths Teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people?

We are currently recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) School in Dorking, supporting students who require a nurturing and structured learning environment to help them achieve their full potential.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students with additional social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Support students in developing both academically and emotionally
• Start date: ASAP

• Daily rate: £200 - £240 per day (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills
• Child and Adult DBS certificates are essential
• Experience working within an SEN or SEMH setting is desirable, but not essential
• A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach to teaching
