Finance Manager / Business partner

We're recruiting a Finance Manager for a well-established, privately held London property company with a portfolio spanning commercial offices and residential assets across the capital and South East.This is a hands on, varied role sitting at the heart of the commercial business. You'll act as the key finance resource for the commercial team, covering everything from management accounts, cash flow management and property reporting through to business partnering with senior leaders, supporting the annual statutory accounts process, and playing an active role in an exciting ERP system implementation. It's a genuine all-rounder position where you'll need to be equally comfortable in the detail and in the boardroom.What you'll be doingPreparing quarterly management accounts and monthly property reportsManaging cash flow across a rental stream of approximately 35mSupporting forecasting, business planning and the annual statutory accounts processActing as the go-to finance partner for the commercial team and external agentsDriving process improvement as the business transitions to a new ERP systemWhat we're looking forACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedExperience within property or a similarly commercial environmentStrong communicator who can translate numbers into clear business insightProactive, commercially minded and comfortable in a small, close-knit teamThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and growing business in a broad, impactful role with real variety from day one.
