Job Title: Surveyor Job Type: Temporary ongoing Location: Huntington covering East Region Salary : £200 a day CIS (need own van) Start Date : ASAP Carry out property surveys across social housing, focusing on planned and responsive works, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities Survey properties, identify defects, and produce schedules of works Read, interpret, and validate kitchen plans and layouts Coordinate with contractors, residents, and internal teams Ensure works meet building regulations, health & safety, and social housing standards Monitor on-site works for quality, compliance, and cost efficiency Provide technical advice across trades, including plumbing, electrical, joinery, and tiling Skills & Experience Experience as a surveyor in social housing or similar environment Ability to read technical drawings and kitchen plans Knowledge of plumbing and xwzovoh other trades Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills Relevant qualification in building surveying, construction, or equivalent experience Full UK driving licence If you would like to discuss further
