The Purchase Ledger Administrator will sit in the Admin & Finance Team to manage a high-volume purchase ledger and to ensure all financial records are up to date and maintained to the highest standards.
Interviewing immediately.
The Ideal Person If you are an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Admin with 2+ years' experience and interested in joining a fast-paced organisation: Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable (High-volume) Experienced in resolution of customer queries regarding pricing Ability to work in a busy office environment Responsibilities As a Purchase Ledger you will be responsible for: Supplier invoice coding to nominal ledger Completing month end accruals and bank reconciliations Raising Purchase Orders (PO's) across various departments Update purchase invoices and credit notes Sales invoicing Allocate payments on a weekly and monthly basis Assist in the closure of the accounts payable ledger and generate associated reports Liaise with external suppliers For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Jamie Gault in the strictest confidence.
