Key Details: Location: Suffolk Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) Sector: Overhead lines and substations Role Overview: As an SQS, you will be responsible for the commercial management of complex energy projects, including: Preparing and monitoring cost plans, budgets, and forecasts Managing subcontractor and supplier contracts Conducting value engineering and risk assessments Overseeing claims, variations, and change management Providing commercial guidance to project teams and senior stakeholders Candidate Requirements: Extensive experience in overhead line and substation projects Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management, ideally NEC contracts Proven track record of managing project costs and delivering commercial solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively on-site and remotely as required Why Apply?
