Business School (IB) Philanthropy Executive
Hourly Rate: £26.41
Contract Length: 3 months
Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: White City. Hybrid working 2/3 days in office per week
Our client, a prominent institution in the field of business education, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Fundraising Executive to join their Regular Giving and Legacy Giving Team within the Advancement Division. This temporary position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about philanthropy and skilled in cultivating donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for regular and mid-level asks to the Dean's Fund, specifically targeting alumni recipients of scholarships.
Collaborate with Regular Giving Officers to identify opportunities for donor stewardship, upgrades, and acquisition.
Conduct research on alumni prospects to inform targeted fundraising initiatives, ensuring effective communication with the Head of Development for major gift asks.
Create tailored stewardship materials and activities that enhance the donor experience.
Work with the Advancement Operations team to ensure smooth processing of philanthropic income.
Analyse data related to fundraising activities, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.Who Are We Looking For?
Extensive experience in fundraising, with a track record in direct marketing programmes, whether through digital channels, direct mail, or telethons.
A solid understanding of mid-level fundraising practises and the ability to manage a pool of prospects.
Strong relationship management skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Project management experience with a proven ability to deliver results in complex environments.Knowledge & Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of fundraising practises and their alignment with organisational goals.
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
