Location: Speke, L24
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, 30 min unpaid daily break
Contract Type: Temporary, but likely to become permanent.
Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour, overtime available
Start Date: ASAP
Mandatory drug and alcohol tests.

We are supporting our client, a leading provider in modular accommodation solutions, offering a broad range of modular buildings for both hire and sale. Their structures meet temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent needs across various industries. Focused on quality, efficiency, and adaptability, they deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet diverse client requirements globally.

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual with a solid foundation in general DIY and maintenance skills, able to tackle a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing surfaces and areas for painting
Performing basic plumbing tasks
Fitting windows and doors
Handling general maintenance tasks as needed
Using power tools safely and efficiently
Removing and replacing flooring
Installing and removing wall and ceiling panels
Consistently maintaining high standards in line with client's quality and customer expectations

What Were Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will be semi-skilled or multi-skilled, with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Joinery
Plumbing
Electrical xwzovoh work

Ideal candidates will possess
A practical approach to a variety of tasks, with an eye for detail
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
Basic knowledge and experience in using power tools and performing minor repairs
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to upholding quality standards and customer satisfaction
