Electrical Supervisor Location: Maidstone, Kent Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum Benefits: Competitive benefits package The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major construction and infrastructure project based in Maidstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to the required quality standards and within agreed programmes. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Management team, subcontractors and electrical teams to ensure the smooth delivery of works from installation through to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities * Supervising electrical installation works on a major construction project. * Managing and coordinating electrical teams and subcontractors on site. * Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. * Monitoring progress and ensuring key deadlines and handovers are achieved. * Maintaining high standards of health and safety across all electrical works. * Conducting toolbox talks and providing clear guidance and instruction to site teams. * Liaising with the main contractor and other trades to coordinate works and resolve issues. * Reviewing drawings ...
