You'll create a high-performing environment, ensure operational excellence and play a critical role in delivering best-in-class service for our customers while driving continuous improvement across the business.A day in the life:Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse colleagues, creating a positive, high-performance culture aligned to adidas values.Drive operational performance across your designated area, ensuring productivity, quality, safety and service targets are consistently achieved.Monitor area KPIs, analyse performance data and implement corrective actions where required to improve results.Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards, delivering training, promoting wellbeing and maintaining a safe working environment.Identify and implement process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and support wider Supply Chain initiatives.Do you have what it takes? Our roles are highly competitive and we’re proud to invite only the industry’s top talent to interview.
