About the role
Responsibilites
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum and policies.
- Manage the classroom environment, maintaining good discipline and promoting positive bahaviour.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support learning.
- Support pupil's social, emotional, and academic development.
- Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure smooth transitions and consistent teaching.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, pupils, as and where appropriate, parents.
- Ahere to safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all pupils
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching KS2 curriculum, preferably Year 6.
- Ability to adapt quickly to differant classroom environments and student needs.
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonable skills
- A passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
