Design Estimator 📍 Doncaster 💰 Up to £40,000 depending on experience A growing and forward-thinking construction business in Doncaster is looking to recruit a Design Estimator to join their team. Key Responsibilities Producing accurate material take-offs from drawings and project plans Reviewing project materials, quantities, and associated costs Supporting with cost control and project budgeting Assisting with planning and reviewing groundwork and drainage requirements Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects run efficiently and within budget Supporting the wider commercial team with day-to-day project cost management Skills & Experience Experience producing material take-offs Understanding of construction materials and project costing Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans Design experience would be desirable Knowledge of drainage or groundwork plans and material take-offs would be highly desirable Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learningAbout Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
