Your Role & Responsibilities Working on a busy site in Northumberland, you will be the backbone of the project's logistics: * Load Management: Efficiently loading and unloading deliveries and ensuring materials are distributed to the correct trades across the site. * Precision Lifting: Navigating the machine safely in tight or elevated areas, supporting bricklayers and other subcontractors. * Safety Checks: Conducting daily pre-start inspections and maintaining the machine to high standards to ensure zero downtime. * Site Coordination: Communicating effectively with the Site Manager and Banksman to manage pedestrian and vehicle movement. What We're Looking For * CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS): A valid card with the CSCS logo is a non-negotiable requirement for this site. * Safety Critical Medical: You must hold a current, valid Safety Critical Medical certificate. * Proven Experience: Demonstrated history of operating telehandlers on construction sites of various scales. * Reliability: An immediate start is required, so we need someone ready to commit to a long-term contract. * Professionalism: You understand the responsibility of operating heavy machinery and prioritize the safety of your teammates at all times.
