Project Manager – Prime Residential Main Contractor I’m currently working with a well-established specialist contractor recognised for delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious prime residential, heritage, and design-led construction projects across London and the South of England. Their portfolio includes luxury private residences, listed buildings, boutique hotels, and complex refurbishments, where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality are at the forefront. They are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their warm, professional team; to take ownership of a £15m+ prime residential project, overseeing delivery from early stages through to completion. This is a key role within a highly regarded business known for delivering technically complex and design-led projects to an exceptional standard.
