Shift Lead Liverpool Street, City of London  £55,000 - £60,000 We're recruiting for a Shift Lead to join our client based in Liverpool Street, to work within a state of the art, commercial property as part of a well experience M&E maintenance team. This is a great role if you're looking for valuable experience, receive on-going training and receive exposure to a high end site. As a Shift Lead, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, allocate works, lead a team, update site logbooks, respond to client needs and ensure they are satisfied with the service provided. As a Shift Lead, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Engineering / Installations (C&G/EAL/NVQ or equivalent), at least 5 years experience working within commercial maintenance, and a good understanding of commercial M&E systems. This is a shift role, following a continental shift pattern, days and night shift. Shift Lead Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Conducting client meetings Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
