Electrical Estimator - M&E Contractor (Commercial Fit-Out & D&B) 📍 East London (1 day WFH) 💰 £60,000 - £100,000 DOE We're working on behalf of a well-established, £100m turnover M&E contractor with a strong reputation across commercial fit-out and design & build projects, typically delivering schemes up to £30m M&E value. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they are now looking to appoint an Electrical Estimator to join their East London team. The business is open to considering candidates from intermediate through to senior level, offering clear progression and support tailored to experience. The Role As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, taking ownership of electrical tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission. You'll be working on a range of high-value commercial fit-out and D&B projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed and accurate electrical estimates for projects £5m+ Analysing tender documentation, drawings, and specifications Managing the full tender process from enquiry to submission Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Value engineering and identifying cost-saving opportunities Supporting handover to delivery teams post-awardRequirements Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical estimating within the M&E sector Proven track record of successfully tendering projects valued £5m+ (essential) Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding Experience within commercial fit-out and/or D&B projects is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tenders in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer Salary ranging from £60,000 to £100,000 depending on experience Flexible working with 1 day per week from home Clear career progression opportunities within a growing business Exposure to high-profile London projects
