Due to continued expansion, were keen to speak with experienced and motivated Property Lawyers to join their Cardiff office on a hybrid working basis.

The Role Following a structured onboarding and training programme designed to set you up for success, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions.

This will include a mix of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters, with complexity aligned to your level of experience.

Youll be supported by a collaborative team environment, modern systems, and a leadership team focused on continuous improvement and career development.

A transparent and achievable bonus structure is also in place, offering the opportunity to earn significant additional income on top of your base salary.
