The Role

Our client are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving Cardiff Real Estate team. You'll work on a broad mix of public and private sector matters, including acquisitions, disposals, retail and commercial leases, mixed use development projects and due diligence. Expect hands on involvement in high value transactions, direct client contact and the chance to build long term relationships early in your career.

You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team with access to a wider national Real Estate group.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid commercial property experience from a reputable national or regional firm
• Strong technical skills and expertise
• Confident, personable and an excellent communicator
• Team oriented, adaptable and proactive
• Able to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional client service
• Motivated, ambitious and keen to contribute to business development
