We are a high-end 3AA Gastro Pub, based in Oxshott in Surrey and now looking for a Sous / Senior Sous Chef.

Who we are
The 3AA gastro pub is well connected and just a stones throw from London. We serve Modern Seasonal British Cuisine, and the kitchen is led by an inspiring Head Chef
We have a team of 7 Chefs, and we can seat 80covers in the restaurant, 80/100 in our newly refurbished Garden and 30 in the bar.
What we are looking for
We are now looking for a Sous Chef who is friendly and approachable, is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in a high-pace environment. xwzovoh
The Sous Chef will have with attention to details, be creative and a team player
The ideal Sous Chef must be able to run the operation in the Head Chef absence, have experience in a similar role and able to manage a team of 7/8 chefs.
Benefits for the Sous Chef:
The salary is up to £50,000 and depending on experience negotiable
3 days off per week and 4 working days
Last food order at 9.00pm
Free meals on duty
