Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager £75,000–£80,000 + car allowance | London (multi‑site) We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects from planning through to handover. You’ll manage teams, contractors, programmes, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring top‑tier quality and safety across multiple live projects. What You’ll Do * Deliver mechanical projects on time, on budget, and to spec * Coordinate teams & subcontractors across commercial/industrial sites * Manage contracts with support from QS, Planning & Engineers * Maintain construction programmes and produce status reports * Lead and develop staff * Drive health & safety including H&S plans and compliance * Oversee commercial performance and project profitability * Support bids and build strong client relationships What You’ll Bring * 5+ years’ experience in mechanical project management * Strong commercial/industrial systems background * Excellent leadership, organisation, and client‑facing skills * Ability to manage multiple projects * SMSTS/IOSH (desirable) * Resilient, reliable, and proactive approach Please contact Emma at CSS for more details and to apply
