Carpenter Multi Trader

We are currently working with a number of established contractors and housing providers who are looking to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader. This is an excellent opportunity to join well-established maintenance teams delivering essential repairs within residential properties. Duties will include: Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, and general joinery Kitchen repairs and installations (including basic 1st & 2nd fix work) Diagnosing faults and completingfirst-time fix repairs where possible Undertaking additional multi-trade works such as basic plumbing, patch plastering and decorating Responsive maintenance and repairs within occupied and void properties Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements Managing workload effectively and updating jobs via mobile systems What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi Trader Essential: Experience within Social Housing, MOD or similar residential environments Strong carpentry skills as your core trade, with additional trade knowledge Relevant qualifications desirable (NVQ/City & Guilds) Full UK driving licence What's on offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience) Company van and fuel card Long-term, stable work with reputable clients Opportunities for progression and development Please apply or if you would like to find out further information please call Maddison Reilly on (phone number removed) Fortus Recruitment Group Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
