Finishing / Block Manager – High‑End Residential Location: Liverpool Type: Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing / Block Manager to oversee works on a high‑end residential development in Liverpool. This is a potential temp‑to‑perm role for the right candidate. Role Responsibilities: * Managing finishing trades through to handover * Overseeing quality control to a high‑end residential standard * Snagging, de‑snagging, and final inspections * Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery * Ensuring health & safety compliance on site * Liaising closely with site management, client reps, and subcontractors Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Block Manager * Strong background in residential projects, ideally high‑end * Excellent eye for detail and finishing standards * Strong communication and organisation skills * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred) Project Type: High‑end residential Start: Imminent Duration: Temp initially, with strong potential to go permanent This is an excellent opportunity to join a flagship residential scheme and secure a long‑term position with a reputable contractor.
