What’s in it for you £60,000 – £80,000 pa salary depending on experience or day rate equivalent Flexible engagement options – 12 week temp to perm or on going freelance Immediate start available (flexible for the right person) Strong pipeline of secured work Opportunity to take full ownership of Mechanical and Electrical commercial delivery Exposure to both residential new build and commercial fit out projects Stable working hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm   About the role As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages across a range of projects. This includes both domestic developments and commercial fit outs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements.
