Mobile Refrigeration Engineer – Greater London & Essex – £42,000–£48,000 + Door-to-Door Pay

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Refrigeration Engineer to work across a diverse portfolio of clients throughout Greater London and Essex. Occasional attendance at the company's Colchester office will be required.

The successful candidate will carry out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across refrigeration systems within food retail, food processing and packing facilities, cold stores and pharmaceutical environments. Equipment includes refrigeration packs and catering fridges, with some air conditioning work depending on experience.

Hours & Package

• Basic salary of £42,000–£48,000, depending on experience
• 40-hour working week
• Door-to-door pay
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• On-call rota currently 1 in 3, with £300 standby payment per on-call week paid on top of basic salary
• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
• Birthday off
• Option to buy or sell 2 days' holiday

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out planned servicing and reactive maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs across refrigeration packs, cold stores and catering fridges.
