Theyre looking for a sharp Pre-Contracts Manager to take full ownership of tendering, pricing strategy, and pre-construction delivery shaping projects from day one and driving commercial success.

This is a high-impact role where youll work closely with design and delivery teams, influence key decisions early, and play a major part in winning and shaping projects.

Youll be: Leading pricing strategy across competitive tenders Working with design teams on buildable, cost-effective solutions Managing subcontractor relationships and pricing Producing tenders, programmes, and cost plans Reviewing contracts and managing commercial risk Driving adjudication and handover processes Youll need: Strong pre-construction / estimating / commercial background D&B experience (fit-out xwzovoh / refurbishment preferred) Knowledge of JCT, NEC, two-stage tendering Strong commercial instinct and attention to detail Ability to influence design and drive value engineering £75K£95K strong projects real influence from day one.
