About the role
Indie Campers in Edinburgh is seeking a Fleet Delivery Manager to lead the fleet preparation team across site, ensuring vans are spotless, safe, and ready for adventures. You’ll manage cleaners, housekeepers and supervisors, recruit/train staff, and maintain high morale while safeguarding health and safety.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence. Monday-Sunday schedule, 5 days/40 hours, permanent contract.
