Senior Children's Residential Support Worker
About the role
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and resilient Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Crewkerne and help create a safe, stable home where children can feel valued, build confidence, and enjoy childhood.
This role is about much more than care. It's about leading by example, supporting colleagues, building trusting relationships, and helping children overcome challenges so they can flourish and achieve positive outcomes.
Our home is a spacious four-bedroom detached property supporting two children, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide genuinely individualised support. Located close to the town centre, the home has easy access to schools, community activities, local amenities, and outdoor spaces that help children learn, grow, and develop independence.
We're looking for people who bring warmth, empathy, positivity, and leadership into the home. Whether your interests are sport, music, cooking, fitness, gaming, arts and crafts, or the outdoors, your personality, hobbies, and life experience can help children discover new opportunities and build confidence.
