Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing would be an advantage but not essential.
