Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant Location: London Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £25k to £30k Hybrid working policy, 2 days WFH Visa sponsorship available for the right person Company Overview: A dynamic and award-winning architectural practice with a diverse portfolio, including bespoke private housing, large-scale commercial and residential developments. Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects while developing your skills in a supportive and fast-paced studio. Open to Part 1 Architectural Assistants. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the team across all project stages, from concept design to delivery * Assist in the development of design concepts, technical drawings, and presentation materials * Contribute to planning applications and building regulations documentation * Support senior architects with technical detailing with AutoCAD and design development * Participate in client and project team meetings * Contribute to the creative design process and provide fresh ideas About You: * RIBA Part 2 and Part 1 qualification from a UK-based university * Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign * Experience with UK-based projects, including an understanding of planning processes and building regulations * Strong design presentation and technical detailing skills * Effective communicator with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious with a keen interest in high-quality architecture What's in it for you? * Support towards Part 3 studies to help progress your career * Hybrid working model (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) * Engaging seasonal team-building activities to strengthen team bonds * A friendly and supportive team that encourages personal and professional development * Monthly CPD training and mentor scheme * Visa sponsorship available for the right person * ARB and RIBA registration paid for after qualified If you are a driven architectural assistant looking to advance your career, my client offers the platform to work on amazing projects.
